Three monodramas by AGUSTÍ CHARLES, FRANCESC PRAT and JOAN MAGRANÉ based on texts by MARC ROSICH, ORIOL PLA, and HELENA TORNERO.
Under the title of TRES SOLOS SOLES (THREE SOLOS ALONES) the three monodramas can be seen in a single performance at the Ateneu Barcelonès, September 28 at 9:00 p.m., on Canuda Street in Barcelona.

THREE SOLOS SOLES -I- is part of the Òpera de Butxaca i Nova Creació (ÒBNC) project SIS SOLOS SOLES, which premiered via streaming in autumn 2020 as part of the Gran Teatre del Liceu programme. The project brought together in a single evening six monodramas for female performer and instrumentalist, commissioned from six different teams of librettists and composers. The pandemic did not allow it to be released live, but the streaming format managed to reach a wider audience, with more than 10,000 views.
Now, at the Ateneu Barcelonès, we are finally offering, live and in a semi-staged version, a first sample of three of the component pieces, with music by Joan Magrané, Francesc Prat and Agustí Charles, based on texts by Helena Tornero, Oriol Pla and Marc Rosich, waiting to program the three remaining parts in the near future.
