Raquel García-Tomás and Pere Ginard will discuss about their collaboration in the work SIGHTINGS, at the Mixtur Festival on Friday, October 7, 2022, at 3:00 p.m., at Fabra i Coats-Fàbrica de Creació, Barcelona. At 22:00 p.m., SIGHTINGS will be played by SUR|:ROUND:|INGS Via Nova Ensemble at Festival Mixtur in Barcelona.
SIGHTINGS was premiered by the Via Nova Ensemble at the Kunstfest Weimar last September 5 within the concert “COUNTDOWN INS NICHTS”.
SIGHTINGS (for ensemble, electronics and video) is a creation by Raquel García-Tomás in collaboration with the visual artist Pere Ginard, commissioned by the Festival Mixtur, the Institut Ramon Llull and Hémisphère Son.
